Organic Fillo Dough (Organic Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Wheat Starch, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Expeller Pressed Soy Oil, Organic Malt Extract, Salt, Non-GMO Soy Lecithin, Tri-Calcium Phosphate), Organic Expeller Pressed Soy Oil, Organic Palm Shortening. NO PRESERVATIVES. NO TRANS FAT. CONTAINS: SOY AND WHEAT INGREDIENTS.
If frozen, allow to stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before using. For cold or hot fillings, simply fill and serve immediately. For fillings that require baking, such as quiches, cheesecakes, etc., pre-heat oven to 375 F. Fill shells and place on baking sheet. Bake until filling sets or reaches the consistency the recipe calls for (typically 10-15 minutes will be required). Convection oven reduces baking time by approximately 1/3. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAY. Microwave oven may be used for heating. NOTE: Shells can be stored at room temperature for several months.
