| Thawing Instructions: If Fillo is frozen, place in refrigerator for 7-8 hours or overnight to thaw. Allow unopened Fillo package to stand at room temperature for about 1/2 hour before using. Handling Tips: Prepare all other ingredients for recipe first. Remove Fillo from package and take out the number of sheets the recipe calls for. Lay on flat dry surface and cover with wax paper or foil. Re-roll any unused Fillo sheets and seal securely in plastic bag. Can be re-frozen for up to three months or refrigerated for two weeks. |
