Keep Frozen until ready to bake. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap. Bake in tray, leaving parchment paper on top of Fillo Pie. Bake on middle oven rack for 40 minutes. Remove parchment paper and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Convection oven reduces time by approximately 1/3. DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN TOASTER OVEN.
