Enriched Unbleached Unbromated Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour Enriched (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour], Filtered Water, Corn Starch with Tricalcium Phosphate, Malted Barley Flour, Soybean Oil, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Preservatives (Sodium/Calcium Proprionate, Potassium Sorbate), Citric/Fumaric/Propionic Acid. NO TRANS FAT. CONTAINS: SOY AND WHEAT INGREDIENTS.
Thawing Instructions: If Fillo is frozen, place in refrigerator for 7-8 hours or overnight to thaw. Allow unopened Fillo package to stand at room temperature for about 1/2 hour before using. Handling Tips: Prepare all other ingredients for recipe first. Remove Fillo from package and take out the number of sheets the recipe calls for. Lay on flat dry surface and cover with wax paper or foil. Re-roll any unused Fillo sheets and seal securely in plastic bag. Fillo Dough can be re-frozen for up to three months or refrigerated for several weeks.
