Cannolli Fillo Tarts (Low Fat)

1 cup (part-skim or non-fat) ricotta cheese

2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate

1/2 cup mini chocolate bits

2 cups low fat whipped topping

1 box Fillo Factory mini-pastry shells (15 pc)

 

1.)  Mix ricotta, orange juice and chocolate bits.  Fold in whipped topping.  Makes 2-1/2 cups, enough for 15 mini tarts.

 

2.)  Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate curls and chopped maraschino cherries, if desired.  Serve as bite-sized desserts.
