| Thawing Instructions: If Kataifi is frozen, place in refrigerator for 7-8 hours or overnight to thaw. Allow unopened Kataifi package to stand at room temperature for about 2 hours before using. Handling Tips: Prepare all other ingredients for recipe first. Remove a handful of kataifi from package (only work with small comfortable amounts) and loosen by gently pulling strands with both hands working in opposite directions. Follow recipe for exact amounts. Lay Kataifi on tray and spread with tips of fingers. Cover Kataifi with clear plastic or slightly damp towel.
